Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or rural addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to PO boxes via Canada Post. Rural delivery may add 1–2 extra days.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
2. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day no‑reason return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: What condition must the toy be in for a return?
A: Toys must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included. Sealed electronic toys cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we cover the cost. For no‑reason returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
3. Product Safety & Quality
Q: Are your toys safe for young children?
A: Yes. Every toy meets or exceeds Canadian safety standards (CCPSA / Health Canada guidelines). We also conduct random internal quality checks.
Q: Do your toys contain BPA, phthalates, or lead?
A: No. We strictly prohibit harmful substances. All materials are tested to be BPA‑free, phthalate‑free, and lead‑safe.
Q: Do you carry choking hazard warnings?
A: Yes, clearly on each product page. Small parts warnings are included for toys suitable for ages 3+.
Q: Are your plush toys washable?
A: Most are surface‑washable. Check the product label. Some plush toys are machine‑washable on a gentle cycle – we note this in the product description.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are secure.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Q: Do you charge taxes?
A: Yes, applicable federal (GST/HST) and provincial taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Q: I received a wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
A: We’re sorry! Please email us at support@toycentre.ca with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
