A: We offer a 7-day no‑reason return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Q: What condition must the toy be in for a return?
A: Toys must be unused, in original packaging, with all parts included. Sealed electronic toys cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage), we cover the cost. For no‑reason returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
